we had a fantastic stay at the paramount. beds were comfy, shower was hot and powerful. the location was a highlight, with easy access to broadway theatres and the subway. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering luggage storage post-checkout for a small fee. the foyer was just as lovely as in the photos, making for a pleasant welcome.

The views from The Paramount are truly stunning, with the vibrant lights of Times Square right outside your window. I had a memorable experience when the staff surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to a room with a fantastic skyline view. The Corso Coffee Shop was a delightful spot to start my day with a delicious latte and a pastry.

Although the hotel offers 4-star accommodations, I did notice some cleanliness issues in the room, which was a bit disappointing.

As a transit traveler, Paramount Hotel Times Square's convenient location near LaGuardia Airport was a huge plus for me. The hotel's proximity to various New York attractions like Rockefeller Center and Bryant Park made it an ideal stopover for exploring the city during my layover.

While the hotel's amenities and location were great, there was a minor inconvenience with the room size. I had to request a room change due to the initial room being smaller than expected, which led to some inconvenience with the payment process.

In our room, we had a top-notch queen bed – so clean! the shower was great too, really refreshing. the location is awesome, super close to all the theaters 🎭.

I had a comfortable night in a nice room with a queen bed booked online, and also appreciated the wake-up service they offer, plus the great location near Sony Hall and the proximity to the airport, which was just 15 km away.
